Support project teams by writing and reviewing door hardware and access control specifications for commercial and institutional builds.

Key Responsibilities

Draft and edit hardware schedules and specification sections for active projects.
Verify product selections against code, ADA, and project requirements.
Coordinate revisions with architects, estimators, and internal design staff.
Maintain a library of approved specification language and templates.
Track submittal deadlines and flag conflicts early.

Experience with architectural specifications, CSI formats, or commercial door/hardware packages preferred.

Familiarity with Divisions 08/28 and common hardware manufacturers.

Strong written communication and attention to detail; remote collaboration experience.
